I try to take in every moment.

I try to seize each day.

The opportunity to be around you two,

is a joy I only hope every person on Earth could feel.

I know this wont last forever

Our oldest has just turned four,

Our youngest is already three.

At home, on the run, or at the store.

Before it was just your mom and me,

but now it’s us three.

I know this wont last forever

I don’t want to let either of you go.

Let alone give you away at the end of any aisle.

But before I know it,

you’ll be leaving on adventures of your own.

Or at least I hope so.
